Reviewed September 2015Vivid ruby. Smoky raspberry and floral pastille aromas are lifted by an assertively spicy nuance. Pliant, ripe and broad on entry, then tighter in the middle, offering sappy, concentrated red fruit flavors that become more expressive with aeration. Shows excellent clarity on the finish, which features smooth tannins and an echo of sweet candied flowers. (JR)
