Finely made with eight generations of expertise, this non-vintage Drappier Brut Nature Rosé Champagne consists of 100% Pinot Noir that grew on Jurassic Kimmeridgian limestone soil. Made with Saignée and first press juice only, the base wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was bottled unfiltered, where it rested 36 months on its lees. As the label implies, there is zero finishing dosage.
