100% Pinot Noir. This has a rich yet translucent purple color with dark cherries and blackberries filling the glass. There is a nice richness to the nose along with that classic Pinot spice. Very bright and pure on the palate with a fine tannins, sweet fruits and really nice lift on the finish. Drinking nice now with some decanting or continue to drink over the next few years. Can be served with beef dishes, lighter meats, salmon and cheese.
