This property is on the border of St-Julien and the Haut-Médoc, quite close to Beychevelle and Branaire-Ducru. This Pauillac-like property is a K&L favorite, known among Bordeaux enthusiasts as a great value producer that consistently "turns out wines that are often very close to classified-growth quality", to quote Robert Parker.
