Look for bold vanilla aroma, a drying feel and loads of vanilla, brown sugar and even touches of butterscotch on the exceedingly long finish. It's surprisingly smooth for a 101-proof product, although the alcohol indeed makes its presence known. It stands up well to dilution, which blunts the alcohol edge and coaxes out more vanilla. (KN)
