I am very new to the world of Spanish Cider, so I am not sure if this is a typical example of what they do. However, I do know that it was cool, interesting, and enjoyable. The nose definitely had some brett and there was a vinegar note underlying the green tart apple, which totally worked for me. A good food cider, this paired well with the beans, peppers, and rice I prepared. Fun and funky.
