Pliant and silky in the mouth but with a juicy quality giving shape to the middle palate. Finishes with fine-grained, sweet tannins and a distinctly light touch. The Jadot 2011s are mostly complex and stylish; few of them are especially fleshy today.(ST)

More moderate though far from invisible wood frames distinctly spicy and sauvage aromas of menthol, earth, plum and smoked meat nuances. There is fine volume and solid ripeness to the very firm supporting tannins that shape the medium weight and quite suave flavors that possess a bit more punch and length compared to the Petite Chapelle.
