Fleshy and broad, with good heft to its chewy black raspberry and bitter cherry flavors, which are enlivened by tangy minerality. Turns spicier with air and finishes with sneaky fine-grained tannins and a lingering floral note. (JR)

The cool and stylish nose combines both upper and lower register aromas of cranberry, raspberry and cherry together with plum and dark currant scents. There is good punch and delineation to the nicely voluminous and appealingly textured flavors that possess the best balance in the range as there is only the barest trace of finishing asperity. *Outstanding*
