Heaven Hill has just released their answer to the famous wheated bourbons that are so sought after now. From one of the few still readily available on today's ultra-hot bourbon market, and at 92 proof, it's got a bit more pop than Maker's, while maintaining more creaminess and less of the big, sweet wood that characterizes the Weller releases. It makes another fine addition to the $25-and-under whiskey club which Heaven Hill excels in. Creamy, supple, balanced and well-made. What else could you ask for?
