...When tasted, it had been bottled just about 6 weeks earlier, but at that time it seemed surprisingly rich, honeyed in textured and mouth coating. Clean, but fruity, it was a pleasure to drink. With some aeration, it did settle down and come together...In the short term, this will be delicious and utterly charming, but drink it young and fresh for best results. Drink now-2012.
