The result of a teaming of Ireland's Cooley Distillery and Concannon Vineyards, this Irish Whiskey was distilled from malted barley and corn and initially aged in American Bourbon barrels. To impart a uniquely fruity character before bottling, it was then finished for a minimum of four months in Petite Sirah barrels that Concannon had shipped to Ireland. This unique expression of cask finishing is an exciting entry in the expanding Irish Whiskey marketplace.
