According to Allen Meadows: "Christine Dubreuil succinctly told me that the 'whites are very forward and for early drinking and while the reds will drink well early, they will also age for years if desired'... there is very good quality up and down the range in 2009..." (Tasted: Oct 01, 2011) This is ripe and attractive Chardonnay grown below the RN 74 in the commune of Pommard. It has a pretty character and nice minerality. It is made without destemming, then pressed and fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness.
