This spirit comes Peru and is made in one of the Western Hemisphere's oldest alambic stills. It also just happens to be made from a single grape variety, the Quebranta. It is a spirit of considerable complexity and quality. Delicious in cocktails, it is also very refreshing served on the rocks with just a squeeze of lime.
