The Wandering Poet sake has a soft nose of cantaloupe, green banana and minerals/sea salt. In the mouth, dry and almost linear with green melon, savory notes and back of the throat spice and herbs. Extremely interesting and different. A good match for vegetarian tempura.

Email KeithAn exceptional Sake with lots of complexity. The Wandering Poet has a wonderful melon and citrus quality with a hint of anise in the finish. It is one of the best balanced Sakes that we have.
Notes
Yamada Nishiki rice milled to 55%, this sake is brewed carefully and slowly at low temperatures using traditional brewing techniques and characterized by a well-rounded flavor with a solidness to the flavor and fragrance, and a clean finish.
