A versatile and fruit-forward sparkling rosé from sparkling-focused producer J Vineyards in the Russian River Valley. A delicate, elegant mouse gives way to strawberries, raspberries, and ruby red grapefruit on the nose. The palate is crisp and filled with high-intensity citrus flavours (grapefruit and tangerine), plus a hint of toast and richness peeking through. Satisfying as both an apéritif or with food. (BC)

A bit reductive on the nose, but with some air you get aromas of baked pear, red cherry and rosemary. Medium-bodied and slightly salty. Strawberry and white tea on the creamy palate.

Strawberries and peaches come to mind in this wine’s summery scent, while its smoky, herbal side lasts in a spicy finish. Open it for a fruit-and-cheese board.
