This stuff is liquid deliciousness. You can put in anything and it will make it taste wonderful. Seriously, you could put this in muddy water and it would still make it great. Floral, light and bright, with an elegance with no equal. Try it in sparkling wine. Yummy!

Drinking St. Germain is like drinking liquid flowers! Subtle, sweet and captivating. Who knew that hand-picked elderflowers from the French Alps could be so lovely? Delicious with Gran Cava champagne with a curly twist of orange, even more amazing with soda on the rocks! I served St. Germain with soda and fresh watermelon juice at a springtime cocktail party, and could hardly keep up with the demand! My absolute favorite spirit for spring and summer!

Double Gold Medal at the 2007 and 2008 San Francisco World Spirits Competition! St. Germain is an artisanal French liqueur made from hand-picked elderflower blossoms. The starry white flowers are gathered by 40-50 men pedaling the Alpen French countryside picking the flowers that will be distilled into this intoxicating nectar. Blended with a small amount of citrus and natural cane sugar to accentuate the subtle flavor of the elderflowers, the resulting liqueur is delicate and balanced with fresh floral aromas and flavors and hints of pear, apricot and grapefruit zest. Try St-Germain's signature cocktail - 2 shots of Champagne, 1 1/4 shots of St-Germain and 2 shots of sparkling water - and then get creative, pairing it with gin, vodka or white wine.
