Loganberries are a raspberry/blackberry hybrid created by American lawyer and horticulturist James Harvey Logan. This liqueur is made my macerating Oregon-grown loganberries in house-distilled clear fruit brandy. The result is a sweet, ripe flavored liquor that shows the natural tartness of the berry.
