The New York Times called Clear Creek's Pear Brandy "quite spectacular," and it is. Made from Bartlett pears grown in Clear Creek's own orchards in Parkdale, Oregon, the fruit is crushed and fermented, and then the whole mash is run through German-made pot stills. Pure pear on the nose, the taste is distinctly pear flavored, finishing clean.
