The non-vintage rosé from Clicquot is made using grapes from 50 to 60 different villages, its structure based on Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label's traditional blend, which is 50-55% Pinot Noir, 15-20% Pinot Meunier and 28-33% Chardonnay. The blend includes a high percentage of "reserve wines" originating from several harvests of the past. It is completed with approximately 12% of red wine using black grapes from the village of Bouzy.
