This new expression aged at least 16 years and aged in a blend of three cask types - Bourbon, Sherry, and Virgin oak. The master Rchael Barrie selects these casks, each matured seperately, and deflty layers the complex flavor for a malt of balance and depth. Expect a nose of stone fruit, honey, and creamy hazelnut followed by a palate of spice apple, apricot, nutty oak, citrus peel and sweet malt.
