This is 100% late harvest chenin blanc, and it is 100% alive, too, offering a mind-blowing assortment of aromas and flavors including cream, honey, minerals and tangy tropical fruit with a sweetness that is matched by vivacious acidity. The slightly nutty honeyed finish is incredibly long… you can still taste it minutes later. Fantastic!
