While the MM Westbourne Strength has been wildly popular at K&L for a long time, we haven't worked much with their core gin. It's actually a separate recipe from the Westbourne Strength and has a focus on soft texture and beautiful citrus to go along with it's juniper backbone. Martin Miller's Gin is handcrafted and made in very small batches and then transported by ship to Iceland. In the small village of Borgarnes, on Iceland's remote west coast, lies the selyri spring, source of some of the purest water to be found on earth. This spring water is blended with the spirit to create a marriage of softness and clarity of taste. The result is a phenomenal martini gin as the palate weight is superb. It also makes a mean G&T for casual cocktailing.
