A finely textured rosé Champagne, this wine is rich yet with a fine dry core. It is 100% Pinot Noir, structured with acidity as well as red fruits. *Editors' Choice* (RV)

The Laurent-Perrier “Cuvée Rosé” non-vintage Brut is crafted entirely from pinot noir, most of it hailing from vineyards in the fine crus of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne. The grapes are crushed and given two to three days’ worth of maceration time to give the wine its lovely, deep salmon color. It is aged five years sur lattes. The wine offers up a beautiful aromatic constellation of blood orange, rhubarb, rye bread, chalky minerality, a hint of clove, gentle smokiness, brown spices and a topnote of rose petals. On the palate the wine is crisp, full-bodied, focused and complex, with outstanding depth at the core, fine mineral undertow and grip, elegant mousse and a long, brisk and impeccably balanced finish. This is drinking splendidly today in its moderately vinous style, but has the ability to age long and gracefully and is truly superb non-vintage Brut Rosé! (Drink between 2024-2050)

The NV Brut Cuvée Rosé, a pure Pinot Noir from ten villages in the Montagne de Reims, macerates for 48 to 72 hours to achieve its pink color and ages for at least five years. Fruity aromatics include freshly crushed raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant, with crunchy ripe red cherry and a hint of Amarena cherries. The palate is wonderfully crisp, slender and taut, yet rich, showcasing vividly expressive red fruits against a backdrop of smooth breadiness and snappy lemon. No wonder this is such a classic. It delivers fruit galore but never tips into opulence. (AK)

Laurent-Perrier's expertise in making refined rosé by the maceration method is especially impressive given the prevalence of this wine world wide. It's a beautifully judged cuvée, offering just enough fun in its poached strawberry and ripe red plum fruitiness, but pulling it into refreshing, silky shape with some citric balance and a tiny snap of redcurrant seed bitterness. It's eminently approachable and refined, offering an extra dash of character and expressiveness over many of Champagne's most prominent rosé brands. (TH)

This all Pinot Noir Champagne is entirely made from Grand Cru fruit and lighter than most that are made in this style- it is macerated with all of the skins in contact with all of the juice. The cellar master always judges the length of the maceration on the aromatics and he often has to sleep next to the tanks to get it right! The result is a rose with character that is still completely elegant. The LP Rose has set the standard for rose Champagne for many years, and for good reason!

Laurent-Perrier's Cuvee Rose Brut Rose Champagne is one of the top rose champagnes in the world, both with critics and consumers, and is made using the saignee method where the juice is macerated on the skins for 48-72 hours (depending on the vintage) and bled off. Most rose champagne is made by adding a small percentage of still red wine. LP first released their Cuvee Rose Brut Rose in 1968, helping create the rose champagne category with Grand Marque rival Billecart-Salmon, which is one of the top rose champagnes that uses still red wine. Made with 100% Grand Cru Pinot Noir grapes from 10 different villages, LP's current release is showing brilliantly. Layers of creamy velvety wild strawberry, raspberry, dark cherry, orange zest, roses, and little hints of flint. It's sooooooooooo gooooooooooood! This is one of those iconic wines that lives up to every bit of its hype!

This rosé Champagne drinks like an ultra light red wine , thanks to its 100% Pinot Noir and skin contact. Very light tannins are present, giving the wine structure and a subtle grip, while the sharper, more assertive bubbles keeping it energetic. The fruit profile is bold and expressive, delivering real intensity without heaviness. Vinous, structured, and fruit-driven, this is a Champagne that blurs the line between sparkling and still red—distinctive, confident, and unmistakably Pinot Noir. If you haven’t tried this style of rose its definitely worth a go!

Notes

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a total of ten 100%-rated Grand Cru villages, this Champagne gets its glorious pink color and rounded red fruit flavors from a process known as "saigneé," in which the skins of the grapes are left in contact with the juice for three days. Laurent-Perrier's Cuvée Rosé not only makes a delicious apéritif, but is also a good match for a variety of different dishes.
