Located in Normandy, the Camut family has farmed 115 acres and grown 25 different types of apples for centuries. They carefully craft cider from their apples, then age it for 11 months in barrel. The cider is double distilled from the property's wood-fueled stills (one is 75 years old!), then aged and transfered for years between neutral barrels and foudres until it achieves a luscious complexity.
