Presenting a gorgeous neon ruby-magenta core with a neon pink rim in the glass, this perfect example of Syrah from Cayuse sports scintillating notes of ripe, crushed red and black cherries, marionberries, fat drippings from grilled beef ribs, black olive tapenade, whole peppercorns, dried mushrooms, and wet earth. Another wine from Cayuse that deserves time - time in the bottle to develop and time in your glass while you are enjoying it as it constantly changes during the tasting experience.
