Available only to the winery's list members, and made only in exceptional years, Botella is named for the deep, clay soils of the portion of the estate vineyard where it is grown. Wine Advocate's Jeb Dunnuck offers this preview from a recent report: "I was thrilled with these latest releases from Sea Smoke and when the region is chasing Burgundian-like ripeness and acid profiles, they continue to show it is possible to make rich, full-bodied and concentrated Pinot Noirs from the Sta.
