Bid on this bottle of 1991 Domaine Emmanuel Rouget Echézeaux Grand Cru (92BH). Burghound: "An elegant, spicy, moderately earthy and now fully mature nose leads to detailed and still reasonably precise, pure and rich flavors with a subtle touch of wood in evidence on the nicely complex, sappy, long finish. This is really quite lovely and a wine that is drinking perfectly now. I have noticed over the past few years that this has become somewhat soft on the backend and I would suggest drinking up over the next 5 years as this has definitely peaked. Consistent notes."
