Bid on this bottle of 2001 Ramon Bilbao Tempranillo Reserva. Intense cherry red with bright rim. On the nose the cocoa, coffee and cigar-box notes are predominant and mingle with stewed fruit. On the palate, integrated tannins with character appear giving way slowly to flavours of cedar and ripe wild red berries. In the aftertaste, the hints of toasted wood such as cedar reappear, and a pleasant light touch of roasted chestnuts remain.
