Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2008 Archery Summit "Renegade Ridge Estate" Dundee Hills Pinot Noir (92RP, 92VN, 90WS). Vinous: "Ruby-red. Asian spices, red berries and cherry-cola on the nose. Broad and deep but almost shockingly precise in its display of sweet strawberry and raspberry flavors lifted by peppery spices. Tightly focused on the finish, which manages to be vibrant and weighty at the same time. Fine-grained tannins arrive late and add structure to this very promising pinot. (JR) 92+" (07/2010)

Included in this lot · 6 bottles

Provenance: Purchased directly from the winery on release and stored in a professional storage facility by a Bay area based collector. Delivered to K&L via refrigerated transit.

The 2008 Pinot Noir Renegade Ridge was sourced from a biodynamically farmed parcel. It exhibits a lovely perfume of sandalwood, smoke, spice box, incense, cherry, and raspberry. Intense, round, and stuffed with flavor, this lengthy effort will continue to blossom over the next 3-4 years and provide pleasure through 2023. (JM)
