Still a young wine, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Trailside Vineyard is just beginning to show the first signs of aromatic nuance. Dark red cherry, plums, mocha and spices round out this nicely layered Cabernet. Racy, powerful and voluptuous, but with enough tannic backbone and structure to drink well for a number of years, the 2007 Trailside is showing quite well today. (AG)
