Green-tinged gold. Pungent aromas of ripe orchard fruits, tangerine, smoky lees and toasted nuts, with a strong mineral overlay. Suave, silky and expansive, offering lush citrus fruit and poached pear flavors complemented by notes of buttered toast and anise. Finishes smooth and smoky, with lingering floral character and impressive spicy persistence. (ST)
