Bid on this bottle of 2008 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru ((93-95BH), 92ST). Burghound: "*Don't Miss!* A reticent nose of lightly spiced green apple, white peach and white rose petal aromas leads to exceptional pure, detailed, tautly muscular and stony medium weight plus flavors that possess superb intensity and huge length on the mouth coating cuts-like-a-knife finish. This is presently an understated yet powerful wine possessing huge amounts of dry extract and stunning verve. Highly complex, vibrant aromas of lime peel, crushed stone, clove, quinine and ginger. Much more citric than most of the foregoing examples, with penetrating acidity leavening the wine's sweetness. In a distinctly tighter and drier style, showing less personality today and finishing with a firm edge. This will need considerable patience. Half the fruit is from Aloxe and the other half is from Pernand, noted Colin, who picked both parcels on the same day. 92(+?)
