Steve and Linda Sherwin established their family winery in 1996 on a 30-acre property high in Napa Valley’s Spring Mountain District. Their estate lies on the eastern slope of the Mayacamas Range, where Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc form the core vineyard plantings. Cellar Scraps #13 Platinum Reserve belongs to the family’s nonvintage red-blend series, offering another expression of the producer behind its estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
