Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Del Dotto "The Beast" Napa Valley Cabenet Sauvignon in original wood. The family Del Dotto has their roots in wine-making that date all the way back to the 1400s. Dave and his wife Yolanda, along with their two children, live and work in Napa and oversee the three family wineries. All the vineyards are organic and are weeded by hand. According to Robert Parker: "One of the bright, shining stars of Napa is David Del Dotto’s winery. His faux-Italian villa gets mixed reactions from the locals, but there’s no question that the wines are of impeccably high quality, and certainly world-class in every sense."
