Information from Continuum: "Novicium, Latin for young, new or fresh wine, is the second wine from our estate, a younger sibling to Continuum. While all of our vines are raised and vinified with the aspiration of becoming Continuum, the newer vines have the breeding though not yet the substance. That comes with time. 100% estate grown, Novicium is comprised primarily of the fruit from our youthful vines. The 2013 Novicium has a Bordelaise right bank style blend of: 52% Merlot 26% Cabernet Franc 22% Cabernet Sauvignon We look upon Novicium as our proud noble baby - distinctive, charming and approachable.
