Pouilly-Fuissé is the best-known white wine appellation of the Mâconnais, centered on the limestone slopes around Fuissé, Solutré-Pouilly, Vergisson, and Chaintré. Maison Louis Latour, based in Beaune since the 18th century, applies its long Burgundy négociant experience here to a southern Burgundy Chardonnay from the warm 2019 vintage.
