The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for Provenance Vineyards come from the renowned Rutherford sub-appellation of Napa Valley, California. These grapes are grown by respected grower Andy Beckstoffer in classic Rutherford soil, which has excellent drainage and protection from the drying wind. The 2000 is very much in a Bordeaux style - exceptional length and balance with bright, red cherry fruit.
