Torrin is a small, family-run Paso Robles producer founded by Scott and Viquel Hawley, focused on limited-production wines from the region’s rugged westside hills. The Tsundere cuvée blends Rhône and Bordeaux varieties sourced from sites such as the Willow Creek District and nearby hillside vineyards, where calcareous soils, warm days, and strong coastal influence from the Pacific create ideal conditions for structured, balanced wines. By combining fruit from these diverse terroirs, Tsundere reflects both the power and freshness that define Paso Robles’ most distinctive vineyard sites.
