This barrel distilled on May 5th 2006 and bottled on June 18th of 2022 is one of the highest proof expression we've yet come across. The high corn style whisky is sometimes compared to some of the wheated whisky from Kentucky offering deep rich caramel and complex oak flavors. Few out there can boast stocks as old, but absolutely no one is CRAZY enough to sell 16+ year old whisky for $55. Only 108 bottles at cask strength were produced from this special barrel.
