Condition: Excellent
Bichi comes out of Baja’s Valle de Guadalupe, a project from the Téllez family that leans into old-school ranch mentality with a modern natural-wine streak. Farming is dry, organic in practice, and cellar work stays hands-off, often no sulfur, native ferments, and plenty of amphora and neutral vessels. The house style is crunchy, herbal, and bright, more Mediterranean than Napa.
