This blended Irish Whiskey was independently sourced and bottled by Killowen Distillery. It consists of three whiskies from undisclosed distilleries: 75% Grain Irish Whiskey, 5% Single Malt Irish Whiskey distilled in Ireland, and 20% Single Malt Irish Whiskey distilled in Northern Ireland. The blend was aged 10–12 years in ex-bourbon casks and ex-sherry butts, then finished in an ex-Txakolina wine cask with virgin acacia heads. Poached apple, grapefruit juice, and white peach on the nose, transitioning to a bright and mineral-forward palate of pear skin, elderflower, and white tea. Pleasant acidity lingers on the finish with a faint whisper of vanilla and butterscotch. Nonchillfiltered; 52.5% ABV (cask strength). Total release of 350 bottles.
