Vinous: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Blueline is plump, juicy and forward, all qualities that make it an excellent choice for drinking now and over the next handful of years. Dark cherry, plum, smoke, licorice and tobacco are all pushed forward. This is a soft, fruit-driven style for the year, but there is enough backbone to support at least a handful of years in the cellar. Dollops of Malbec and Petit Verdot round out the blend. “From vines planted in 2004 and 2007, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Blueline Estate is absolutely gorgeous. Dark, pliant and super-expressive, the 2014 is a total delight. It's also in fine shape today. Dollops of Malbec and Petit Verdot add layers of nuance. All the elements are so well balanced. This is an understated wine, but that style works so well here. It offers tons of blackcurrants, lead pencil, charred earth and spring flowers aromatics as well as a rich, full-bodied, gorgeously textured style on the palate.
