“Straight, focused and mineral with a linear core of lemons, green apples, biscuits,sourdough and chalk. Bitter lemon, too. Very fresh and dry, with tight bubbles and a sharp backbone of acidity. 46% chardonnay and 54% pinot noir. 3g/L dosage.” (06/2022)
