Juicy and very intensely flavored; really penetrating inner-mouth flavor of liqueur-like raspberry. Lively acids give the fruit a penetrating, sappy quality. A faint herbal/minty/dill quality further brightens the wine's firmly tannic finish. Held up very well in the open bottle."
