The group has fine dinning restaurants across NY, FL, CA and even Tokoyo. The wine in the bottle is the exact same wine as Margerum's benchmark "Sybarite" Sauv Blanc. However, due to the toll the COVID-19 pandemic took on the restaurant industry, Margerum offered some of the wine to us at a deeply discounted price!
