NV Knappogue Castle 21 Year Old Irish Single Malt Whiskey

Irish Whiskey—always pretty and easy drinking, doesn't get much better than this. Aged in 100% ex-bourbon casks, the Knappogue 21 is an amalgamation of ripe orchard fruits, toasted malt, freshly churned cream, vanilla, and barrel spice. It's perfectly balanced and offers all of the rich sweet mellow Irish feel goods you could hope for. Bottled at 46% and non-chillfiltered, this is a prime example of why Irish single malt deserves every bit as much attention as their Celtic bretheren across the Irish Sea.
