“(from 30-year-old vines outside Forestville; 75% new oak) Pale yellow color. New-oaky aromas of citrus peel, fresh lime, clove and nutmeg. Not weighty but lively and intensely flavored, with notes of grapefruit and apricot skin. Has an oily quality without being at all heavy. A lovely combination of fruits and spices.
