Bid on this bottle of 2020 Figgins "Estate" Walla Walla Valley Riesling. Chris Figgins is the son of Gary and Nancy Figgins, who founded Leonetti Cellars. After serving as head winemaker at Leonetti, Chris launched FIGGINS, a single-vineyard estate winery focused on Bordeaux varieties. Notes from the winemaker: "Beautiful bright yellow straw color. I believe this to be our finest and most balanced Riesling to date. The wine has an explosive aromatic nose of tropical fruits, ripe Bartlett pear, lemon zest, sea breeze, and honeysuckle. Meyer lemon, grapefruit, and crisp acidity coat the polished palate. This nearly bone-dry Riesling has only 4 g/L of residual sugar, offering richness and complexity."
