Consistently one of the finest traditional manzanillas you'll ever taste, La Gitana might as well be the Webster's entry for the category: pale straw color, salty seaside freshness and a dry, tangy, yet rich flavor. And that flavor lingers after each sip, too, like sea spray.

A bright, high-pitched style, showing tangy quinine and chamomile notes laced with talc and fleur de sel flavors. Very dry, brisk, stony-edged finish. An absolute delight. (JM)

Greenish pale. Very lively and bone dry. Good stuff! This is the sort of wine you could imagine devoting an entire holiday to.

We have a fresh, recently bottled batch of La Gitana, this time in a proper 750ml bottle! As good as it's ever been, the briny, slightly almondy flavors are a natural with jamón, chilled roasted veggies with olive oil and vinegar, sashimi, poke bowls, and many other foods. A textbook, delicious Manzanilla.
