This 21 year old is an 8 barrel blend, all distilled in 2000 from a mashbill of 97% corn, 2.7%rye and .3% malted barley. Aged for 21 years and finished for a brief 3 weeks in ex-American Rye barrels. The nose has a beautiful green spice and hints of honey and vanilla. The palate features more caramel, citrus, and dried fruit. 52% ABV.
